Hi, I have a Qnap T-253B nas. On the nas there is an antivirus software Clamav. Normaly the database should be update on daily basis.

Have you tried a manual update? I was seeing notifications of failed virus definition updates and tried updating manually, which worked for me.

Failed to update virus definitions. The volume used to store virus definitions is corrupt or missing. Create a new volume. Nothing has changed.
